2. The rendering is the conceptual design drawing for the Development and may be edited and processed with computerized imaging techniques and is for reference or identification purpose only. It only represents the drawer’s impression of the Development for reference only. The drawing shall not in any circumstances constitute or be construed as making any representation, undertaking, warranty or contractual term whatsoever whether expressly or impliedly in respect of the actual design, color, layout, partition, specification, construction, location, feature, plans, fittings, finishes, appliances, landscaping and other objects of the Development or the surrounding areas, facilities, buildings or structures of the Development. This drawing only shows and / or highlights some of the buildings within the Development and does not show any surrounding areas and / or buildings of the Development, nor does it show the air-conditioning units, pipes, grilles and other facilities attached to the external walls of the Development. The Vendor also does not give any undertaking or warranty whatsoever whether expressly or impliedly as to whether this drawing or any part thereof is made to scale or in accordance with the actual height, material, design, user, condition or construction of the Development. Prospective purchasers should not assume that this drawing represents the actual or final design or condition of the Development and its surrounding areas or buildings. Prospective purchasers are reminded not to rely on this drawing for any use or purpose whatsoever. The Vendor also advises prospective purchasers to conduct on-site visit for a better understanding of the construction site of the Development, its surrounding environment and the public facilities nearby.

The above layout plan is subject to changes in the building plans finally approved by the relevant government authorities and shall not in any circumstances constitute or be construed as making any offer, representation or warranty whatsoever whether expressly or impliedly made by the Vendor. The plan is simplified and may be edited and processed with computerized imaging techniques and is for reference only. Please refer to the sales brochure for details. As the thickness of the structural wall of the residential flats at higher levels will decrease gradually, the internal area of residential flats at higher levels will generally be larger than that of lower levels. The fittings and appliances of the residential flat marked on the floor layout plan such as basin, toilet, shower, sink, cooking stove (if any) are prepared based on the latest approved building plans, their shapes, sizes and scales may be different from the fittings and appliances actually provided. This floor layout plan is for indication and reference only. The saleable area is calculated in accordance with Section 8 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
